The welfare benefit system has undergone significant change. There are concerns that these changes are adversely impacting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health illnesses. This project examines the referrals to mental health in learning disability services, before and after welfare benefit changes, to evaluate if there have been any changes in the reasons for referrals for this support and, specifically, if there is a change in the number of referrals relating to benefit issues.<br/>
