A subset of patients presenting with psychosis have an underling secondary (“organic”) cause to their symptoms. This study will seek to characterize the demographic, clinical and neuroanatomical characteristics of patients experiencing acute psychosis due to a secondary cause, compared with patients with a primary ("non-organic") psychotic disorder.<br/>
