Lay Summary :
There is a general lack of high quality evidence regarding the effectiveness and tolerability of medications for attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) when prescribed for people with autism spectrum disorder. We plan to assess whether the effectiveness and tolerability of medications for ADHD differ for adults and young people diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, compared to individuals with ADHD but no autism spectrum disorder.<br/>
