Lay Summary :
There is strong evidence that the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), which was introduced in certain parts of central London in April 2019, has led to substantial air quality improvements in London, but there is limited evidence that ULEZ has an impact on cardio-respiratory outcomes and no evidence at all in relation to the impact of ULEZ on mental health outcomes. We aim to assess the impact of the first implementation of ULEZ on physical and mental health, and mental health services with the use of routinely collected data from CRIS.<br/>
