Before developing a diagnosis of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), many people report problems with their memory or movement, the presence of psychiatric symptoms or episodes of confusion; however, we don't know which is the most common or whether some early symptoms occur more commonly in different groups of individuals. Using natural language programming to identify all patients in CRIS with DLB, this study will describe and investigate common diagnoses after the age of 50 predating the diagnosis of dementia.<br/>
