This study will examine the rates of ECT treatment in SLAM, the response rate to clozapine augmentation with ECT in treatment-resistant schizophrenia, the relapse rate over the first year after ECT and the clinical predictors of response and relapse. The second objective is to examine and identify post-ECT treatments which maintain clinical response, including maintenance ECT (where the patient continues to receive ECT after the acute course at a reduced schedule).<br/>
