There is no effective medicine to treat sedation, which is one of the side effects of clozapine. Modafinil has been considered, but has not been fully investigated. We will use the CRIS database to identify cases where modafinil has been combined with clozapine, followed by a case by case manual review on potential efficacy in order to inform further research.<br/>
