Lay Summary :
In this study, we will use data from the CRIS system and compare it with general medical hospital records to establish whether dementia is accurately diagnosed in general hospitals. We will look at whether factors such as age, gender or type of dementia, make it more or less likely that these diagnoses are accurately recorded.<br/>
