Take Home Naloxone (THN) can save the lives of individuals in the immediate aftermath of a heroin overdose. This study will investigate current prescribing patterns of THN in four boroughs of South London, particularly changes over time and following any policy amendments as a result of Parliamentary Acts.<br/>
