To date, no social science study has investigated the processes by which reactive attachment disorder (RAD) or disinhibited attachment disorder (DAD) are diagnosed in clinical services, hindering the production of effective clinical guidance. This study aims to identify what features are associated with receiving a diagnosis of RAD and DAD in children referred to clinical services in SLaM.<br/>
