Currently, there are limited guidelines for selecting a specific medication for a given patient based on their individual characteristics. This study will investigate whether new prediction modelling techniques (precision treatment rules) and electronic health record data can be used to produce a treatment recommendation system that can aid individualised prescriptions for patients with severe mental disorders (psychosis, unipolar depression, and bipolar disorder) to reduce risk of side effects, hospitalisation and suicide.<br/>
