People who have depression are at higher risk of subsequent development of Parkinson’s disease, but it is not known which patients with depression might be at highest risk. We propose to look at whether psychomotor retardation (slowed thought, movement and speech) in depression predicts the development of Parkinson’s disease.<br/>
