Lay Summary :
Due to high demand and low bed numbers, admissions at-distance or to a different region from a young person’s home are frequently used in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services; little is known about how being admitted further away from home affects long term health outcomes following an admission. This project will compare the long-term health outcomes of young people who experience at-distance/out-of-region admissions in CAMHS and compare them to those who are admitted locally.<br/>
