This study aims to test the added value of an automated electronic system called Me_Health_e in improving on the collection rates of patient rated outcome measures in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). We wish to use CRIS, to provide a baseline assessment of SDQ completion rates in CAMHS services. We also want to use CRIS to see which child baseline socio-demographic and clinical factors may effect SDQ completion rates. We then want to see whether the implementation of the Me_Health_e systems improves outcome collection, using the trial data alongside the data in CRIS will help us understand whether the automated collection system puts some patient groups at disadvantage compared to current data collection methods.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
