How Early Intervention in Psychosis services offer care to people aged over 35: an audit of routine clinical practice

  • Applicant: Kathryn Taylor
  • Project ID: 19-028

In April 2016, Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) services within South London and Maudsley NHS Trust (SLaM) began to accept referrals for service users over the age of 35, in line with the new NHS England access and waiting time standard. This project aims to understand the characteristics of those aged 35 years and over accessing EIP services, in order to assess acceptability and usefulness of existing care provisions for this group.
