Predictors of hospital readmission for people diagnosed with delirium

Delirium, also called acute confusional state, often occurs when older people are admitted to hospital and leads to worse outcomes. We want to find out which factors predict whether following one episode of delirium another episode occurs and how this re-occurrence can be prevented.
