We have developed a new form of talking therapy – CaFI (Culturally adapted Family Intervention) for people with psychosis and their families who are of Black African and Caribbean origin. Phase 1 (0-12 months) will be refining and updating CaFI to make it acceptable for both Sub Saharan African and Caribbean people.
