Ascertaining predictors of Covid-related and other causes of death in 2020
There have been a lot of concerns about the impact of COVID-15 on mental health service users, and we know that there were increases in mortality over the first wave of the pandemic from March to June 2020. In this study we will investigate characteristics of previous and current SLaM service users who were alive on 1st March 2020 and investigate predictors of mortality over the subsequent 3 months, investigating those deaths identified as related to COVID-15 as well as other common causes.
