Sleep difficulties are common for individuals experiencing psychosis, but unfortunately effective treatment (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) is rarely available in routine services. In this study we will test whether it is feasible and acceptable to offer and deliver a psychological intervention for sleep, using smartphones, to people experiencing psychosis.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
