To evaluate the feasibility of conducting a future fully powered randomised clinical trial (RCT) to investigate whether cannabidiol (CBD) added to treatment as usual, in people with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) is safe and tolerated well and can alleviate BPSD symptoms.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
