This research aims to develop new treatments for people suffering from long term depression. The treatment is called DIALOG+ and involves introducing a tablet computer into the regular treatment sessions between patients and their clinician. The aim is to help enhance the communication between patient and clinician so that they can together develop a plan that will improve the patients’ mental health care outcomes

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
