Assessing the Cost-effectiveness of Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions for Dementia using a Care Pathway Approach

  • Applicant: Gillian Eaglestone
  • Project ID: 22-017

Many different non-drug treatments and therapies are available to people with dementia but it is not clear which ones offer the most benefit and provide good value for money. This project aims to look at data from a group of patients to see which treatments/therapies they used and how this affected their dementia symptoms, quality of life, medication, admission to hospital/nursing home/care home and how long people lived after being diagnosed with dementia.
