Identifying Risk Factors associated with readmission following discharge from a psychosis rehabilition ward

To identify any risk factors predicting readmission to hospital following discharge from a psychosis rehabilitation inpatient setting. Once identified this will allow for the identification of patients at high risk of readmission whilst they are on the ward and this can be factored into their care planning.
