An evaluation of care pathways for service users disclosing long term health conditions within Talking Therapies Southwark.

Individuals with long term health conditions have elevated rates of mental health problems, including anxiety and depression. We don’t currently know how well we are meeting the needs of people with long term health conditions within our Talking Therapy service. The current study aims to evaluate the care offered and treatment outcomes for people with long term health conditions within our service.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
