Effect of place of residence on patient outcomes in people with SMI
Most mental health care is provided in the community with most patients’ primary contact being their care co-ordinator. Care co-ordinators often do home visits and sometimes have to cover large areas; we will therefore seek to investigate the geographic area covered by care co-ordinators and associations with patient outcomes.
