Lithium orotate: a potential accessible supplement for people experiencing depression with mixed features” (MixLi) will be looking at whether a supplement called lithium orotate could be beneficial to people with a subtype of depression called mixed depression. Participants will take lithium orotate for up to 6 months, during which they will attend study visits where they will answer some questionnaires, give a blood sample, and do a few small tasks
