Antipsychotic medications are the primary treatment for people living with Psychosis, yet their long-term effects on functional outcomes like employment remain unclear. The goal is to identify factors associated with better functional outcomes to inform clinical decision-making and improve recovery for patients with psychotic disorders.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
