Incidences of Violence and Aggression against MHOA staff

To identify number of reported incidence of violence and aggression as recorded in events, and compare with those recorded officially through incident reporting. Comparisons to be made with age, gender, diagnosis and ethnicity to identify themes. Identify if risk assessments completed to identify risk. Identify care plans to manage behaviour.
