Diabetes in Mental Health: Prevalence Across Mental Disorders

This study aims this study aims to investigate variation in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus between different mental disorders and, to investigate whether the prevalence of diabetes in people with mental disorders is higher than in the general population regardless of the prescription of drugs predisposing to diabetes.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
