Audit of Carers Needs Assessment completed by CMHT (South West Lambeth)

Review the use of the carer’s assessments in the South West Lambeth CMHT (MHOAD CAG). To identify if documentation has been completed and examine if identified carers of service users have received a carers assessment as recommended in the trust’s CPA policy and Families and Carer’s Strategy. Identifying carers assessments and reviewing where this has been documented.
