An audit of physical health assessment in elderly clients with primary diagnosis of drug/alcohol misuse attending addiction service in Slam.

1) Ascertain what proportion of the currently treated elderly clients have had a physical health assessment 2) Identify what physical health issues are common in elderly who use drug/alcohol 3) Identify gaps in physical health assessment and to make recommendations so as to improve the quality of care and clinical practice through professional education and training.
