To establish frequency of HIV testing and counselling, and prevalence of HIV/AIDS; – To describe characteristics of HIV-positive population, eg by mental diagnosis – To audit service use and clinical outcomes – To audit documentation of ‘safer sex’ / risk reduction advice to most-at-risk groups
