The purpose of this project is to identify how clinical services record information on service users’ disabilities, spirituality and sexual orientation. The project aims to identify the trends as to where this information is recorded on ePJS and the extent of detail recorded.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
