Evaluating the Utilisation and Adherence to SEL ICB Guidelines for Daridorexant Prescribing in Chronic Insomnia: Insights from Patients with Insomnia and Severe Mental Illness (SMI)

People with severe mental illness often struggle with insomnia, and this project explores whether a new sleep medication, daridorexant, is being prescribed according to NHS guidelines.
The project will review anonymous patient records to see how closely current prescribing matches the guidance and whether outcomes improve in patients with both insomnia and mental illness.
