Ethnic inequalities in access and treatment outcomes of NHS Talking Therapies

In a previous academic paper, we looked at how access to NHS talking therapies in SLaM (2013-2016) varied by ethnicity and found some stark inequalities. The aim now is to build on this paper by examining more recent data to see if these inequalities persist, and if they do, how they influence treatment outcomes.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
