Genetic testing is now recommended for specific mental health conditions, but it is unclear how many patients in routine NHS care meet these criteria. This project will use anonymised health records to estimate how many patients in SLaM meet eligibility criteria for testing based on national guidance.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
