To investigate whether there are long term benefits of a modularised psychological approach to therapy compared to a less modularised approach. A modularised approach is defined here as involving psychological treatment programmes which take into account the complex needs of the patient group. The below outcome measures will be compared between the individuals who were discharged from the Denis Hill MSU to the River House MSU. The outcome measures will include; length of stay in hospital, recidivism rates and re-admission rates.
