Audit to determine whether MHOA&D patients who were active to MHOA&D SLaM clinical services between 01st June 2011 and 30th September 2011 AND who had a formally documented ICD-10 diagnosis for ‘delirium’ (F05*) were in receipt of care which meets/exceeds recommendations and clinical guidance from NICE (diagnosis, prevention and management of delirium, July 2010, No. 103).

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
