“Evaluation of vascular biomarkers within SLaM Image Bank”

Problems with blood flow and vessels in the brain can damage brain cells and affect thinking and memory. In this project, we will study brain scans from the SLaM Image Bank to find markers of impaired blood flow and see how they relate to changes in cognition.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
