To investigate the percentage change in [11C] PBR 28 binding over a 12 week period in a control group (no treatment) to establish test-retest reliability of the tracer; – To investigate the percentage change in [11C] PBR 28 binding between pre-treatment and post-treatment (12 weeks) scans.
