This study aims to investigate whether integration of electronic health records (EHR) and automated MRI analysis techniques will demonstrate a positive correlation between the mini mental state exam (MMSE) and hippocampal volumetry in memory clinic patients. The secondary aim of the project is to show the benefits of integrating both clinical and research MRI measures with electronic records.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
