Retrospective Review of Patients Stepping Down From PICU

We want to evaluate how are services are work for patients who have been in PICU and are stepped down to a slam acute ward. Acute wards can be reluctant to accept patients from PICU due to concerns that they may not integrate well into the ward environment and are not clinically ready, which can affect patient flow, patient experience and our ability to deliver least restrictive care.
