The Association Between Family Contact and Health Outcomes in People With Psychosis Receiving Care in Mental Health Services.

  • Applicant: Gayan Perera
  • Project ID: 26-012

Family involvement is thought to support recovery in psychosis, but research has struggled to measure how often and in what ways families are involved. This project will use natural language processing to identify mentions of family contact in clinical notes and assess how this relates to patients’ mental health and service-use outcomes.
