The objective of this study is to examine whether physical disorders, demographic factors, symptoms/behaviours, or environmental factors modify the relationship between antipsychotic medication prescription and mortality or other physical health outcomes, in individuals with serious mental illness (SMI).

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
