Clozapine Use and Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia

This study aims to investigate clozapine use in patients with treatment resistant schizophrenia (TRS), identifying predictors of response to clozapine, factors assoicated with receipt of clozapine treatment and predictors of treatment resistance and indications for clozapine treatment.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
