A Double-Blind, Randomised, Clinical Trial of the Effect of Lurasidone on Body Fat and Metabolic Indices in Schizophrenia

Lurasidone is a new antipsychotic that will shortly be available in the UK. This study will determine whether 12-weeks treatment with Lurasidone is associated with reductions in body fat and metabolic indices.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
