A review of profile of patients with Factitious Disorder/Munchausen Syndrome in SLaM Trust

1. To carry out a retrospective study of patients diagnosed with Munchausen/ Factitious disorder since the launch of electronic records (ePJS). 2. Eligibility will be based on ICD10 criteria and absence of a somatoform disorder and a plausible medical explanation. 3. Data will be utilized to analyse demographics of this patient population, onset of illness, treatment and follow up received.
