To help clinicians consider treatment options for patients in first episode services, this project’s primary aim is to ascertain whether there is an interaction between diagnosis, medication choices and adherence to medication on the following outcomes: (Number of days hospitalized, Reasons for hospitalization, Suicide rates and Incarceration rates).

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
