This project is an epjs review the deaths of 218 patients who died whilst in treatment (or having recently left treatment) with the Addictions CAG. The review includes demographic data about the patient, information about the death, substance misuse patterns recorded illnesses recorded prescribed medication risk assessment and care planning

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
