Are staff perceptions of acute in-patient wards affected by the characteristics of the service user group?

To explore the relationships between staff perceptions of acute wards and ward level characteristics. One aspect of the ward characteristics will be the overall client mix = number of admissions, gender, age, ethnicity and diagnoses.

The Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system is a computer system that allows researchers at the NIHR Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) to carry out research using information from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust clinical records.
